New Layouts!

I had some time this weekend to sit down and scrap a little! It was so much fun! I have missed being creative! Come back soon... I'll be participating in If It's Groovy's Birthday Bash from January 4th to the 10th. There's going to be some awesome things!

I have not been...

The crafty lady these past few months, that I once was! But I hope that's going to change... NOW. I am blessed that DH's job is going really well and I am able to return to staying home. I really love and enjoy being a stay at home mom. I had fun working, and will still be a "fill in" on occasion, but HOME is where my heart stays!


But until I get busy again, here are a few LO's I've not posted before. Most of these were done for If It's Groovy where I am on the Design Team. We have a Birthday Crop Hop coming up soon, so come join us!

Sorry all. Life has gotten in the way lately. However, I do have some exciting news... but I can't tell you yet. And I have some great new layouts.... but I can't show you yet! LOL

It was great to have all my guys together for Easter this year. You never know when things will change.. especially as our kids get older.

have had some time to stamp lately. I am still dying to get the new colors from Stampin' Up!... but with dh still w/out work... that's going to have to wait. She said...

Rarely, do I complete LO's for me. Anything about me... well scares me to death! I don't like having to have deep thoughts about myself....

But this was one of my challenges for the last From Here 2 Scrapternity crop. In my "She Said" LO, I wrote from my thoughts after graduation... what I would have said/thought. I'm pleased with how it turned out.

I challenge you to complete a LO titled "She Said" and link it here. At the end of May, I'll do a drawing for a great Stampin' Up! prize... come on... I dare you!

I know I have been missing...

I'm sorry. Life has gotten in the way!

We had a craft fair at our local scrap store on Saturday, so many nice things. I sold some hand made things, and my wonderful mom sold some of her rugs. (pictures coming)

Years back my grandmother bought a loom (big one) to make rag rugs. They are just beautiful and cover my house! Anyway, when she passed away, the loom sat all alone. But now that my mom has retired, she has been busy learning and weaving. And OH MY has she made some lovely rugs! I'll be posting some pictures soon.

But for now, here are a few cards I've made recently. Our next Card Class is going to be May 5th. Contact me if you would like any details!

I am so glad I have finally found a little time to get some scrapping done. Both of these LO's are of my kiddos several years ago. My now 15 yo had her hair high lighted for the first time ever.
Little guy... wow, his hair was so curly! He was happy as can be eating these chocolate chip cookies! Love this paper too! :) Thanks for looking.

I was able to accomplish a little on Saturday...

I finished a few layouts. I am working on newly developed photo's as well as some that have just been sitting.... but I am getting there! I am so far behind and it is time for some spring pictures too! Oh well, enjoy the layouts! :) When the boys take a cute picture together, I always make two copies, one for each book!

Weekend Crop at FH2S...

Quick Cards...

Just had a little time to post. Sorry I have been MIA. I've had several card orders and have been running wild! Here are a few I made for a gift for a 8 yo boy. Some of the stamps are retired, but some are not. The current set used is Cheap Talk (little birds). This set is adorable and you can do so many things with it! Thanks for looking and keep on stamping!

Another LO to share...

I'm so glad I have had some time to scrap. Honestly I need to work on my card orders! But I love scrapping and I am soooo far behind. This is from 2006, when Caden met his baby sister for the first time.

Crazy life of mine...

We have had some "stuff" going on around here and had to deal with some things. My wonderful husband is still looking for a job since his company closed their office here in December. I can say however, that we serve a great God, who has taken care of us and supplied our needs.

I've been sick!

And that is an understatement! I'm sorry I have been MIA for so long, my kids were sick for what seemed like forever... then... I got sick. And I must say I have not been this sick in, well I couldn't even tell you. I spent days in bed... So I promise, to begin posting some lovely new things in a day or two.

I did however drag myself out to finish one layout for my Inspiration Team at From Here 2 Scrapternity. I scraplifted this layout:
