I have been so blessed by our new pastor in how he has lead our congregation through the steps of Jesus. Sunday we were reminded how Jesus was celebrated, with palm branches layed before the King. But just a few days later, those same people, were screaming crucify Him. How quickly things can change.
I have read this morning about His prayers of desperation in the garden, and how He asked His Father for a "plan b". But still He knew, the price must be payed, and He would have to take his walk down the Via Dolorosa.
Take time this week, to reflect on what an amazing sacrifice has been paid for you, and for me. Remember these moments of His life, the horror of his suffering and death, but with joyful anticipation, remember the tomb is not the end of the story, just the beginning of our future. For "He is not here, He has risen." Praise God! Worship His Majesty!
